Each user is required to pay a $40.00 monthly Debt Service Charge. This payment is required whether or not water is used. Water users having meters will read their own water meter on the 1st day of each month, or the earliest date thereafter, and remit payment on the month's water bill no later than the 5th day of the month for which the bill is due as set forth in the water rate schedule.
Late charges will accrue after the 17th day of the month in which the payment was due.
The late charges include five percent (5%) of the payment due, plus $10.00 service fee.
Failure to pay a bill by the last day of the month in which the bill was due shall result in discontinuance of service.
Reconnection charge shall be the unpaid amount charged to date PLUS $100.00 reconnection fee. If we have to drive to your house to collect the bill, there will be a $50.00 trip fee.
